Description
The contractor has prepared the Certificate of Substantial Completion. The project is substantially complete in accordance with the contract documents.
Recommendation
That the work performed by McIntyre Elwell and Strammer General Contractors, Inc., for Booker Middle School Media Room Renovations be accepted as substantially complete as of June 4, 2007.
